$16.51/hour. Full time. Responsible for outcomes-based information, including ROMA, organizational standards, and CAP60 database. Develop and conduct regular needs assessments and surveys to determine population characteristics and service voids. Assist Manager of Development with marketing, public relations and program planning, researching, planning and grant writing projects to expand agency programs, funds, and sources of funds. Bachelor’s Degree in English Writing or Business/Marketing or Communications with extensive experience with Microsoft office suite, Photoshop, Adobe products, databases, and Illustrator-CRMS. Three (3) years related work experience with human services programming and data analysis. Must possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. $10.00/hour. Part time. Provide the Head Start center’s daily nutritious meals and snacks and conduct nutrition education for Head Start children and families.
