Senior Accounting Clerk
$16.18/hour. Full time. This position is responsible for the accounts payable system, as well as inventory, the tracking and recording of any fixed asset activity, and preparing invoices to funding sources and customers. Responsibilities include: Works with Accountant to assist in financial statements and works with CFO to review and implement new processing and procedures within the Fiscal department; processes invoices received from vendors after appropriate approvals are obtained and prepares and processes all related documents associated with purchasing; requests/invoices agency funding sources; and processes payroll and related taxes for companies managed by WCA. Head Start Family Advocate — New Kensington and Kiski
$11.18/hour. Full time. This position works with families to assess their needs and assist them in meeting their goals and program objectives. Responsible for providing assistance to parents in all the component areas according to the Head Start Performance Standards. Support Staff Workers
$14.14/hour. Full-time and part-time positions available. WCA is currently seeking Support Staff Workers for our New Foundations program. This position is responsible for providing supportive services to the participants of the New Foundations Program. This position could be regularly assigned to work any of the shifts according to the Program needs.
