New Foundations
New Foundations is a short-term (15-30 days) temporary housing program for Westmoreland County adult (18+) residents who are homeless with a mental health diagnosis and co-occurring disorder.
The program is intended to give individuals a safe and healthy environment providing structure and stability while they develop and actively work on an appropriate permanent housing plan.
Oversight and support services are provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week by on-site support staff to participants. The Program collaborates with referral agencies and Westmoreland County area providers to ensure continuity of care.
