Re-Entry Transitional Housing
Re-Entry is a 3–6-month housing program for Westmoreland County adult (18+) residents who are being released from a correctional facility or have a forensic history.
The program is intended to give individuals a safe and healthy environment providing structure and stability while they develop and actively work on an appropriate permanent housing plan.
Oversight and support services are provided 24 hours a day 7 days a week by on-site support staff to participants. The program collaborates with referral agencies, rehabilitation officers, the Base Service Unit, and Westmoreland County area resources and providers to ensure continuity of care.
