Transitional Housing/Rapid Rehousing

The Transitional Housing/Rapid Rehousing Program provides a two-fold housing program for individuals (and their child/children) ages 18 to 24 years of age who are experiencing homelessness. The program provides both housing and coaching supports to help individuals both get housing and keep it. Individuals and families can enter into the Transitional Housing program when needed or go right into Rapid Rehousing. The Transitional Housing program assists individuals in obtaining temporary housing that is leased and/or owned by WCA. Once their situation improves, they will then transition into Rapid Rehousing. The Rapid Rehousing program helps individuals find housing that will be in their name. They will receive financial assistance and coaching supports as needed
