Mobile Crisis Unit

Providing face-to-face intervention during crisis situations. The Mobile Crisis Team assists those in crisis in a variety of situations, addressing such issues as suicidal and homicidal ideation, concern for friend or family members, and behavioral health concerns.

New Foundations

A  new housing initiative that helps individuals having difficulty maintaining their housing, providing a safe and healthy temporary living environment for consumers struggling with mental health and co-occurring disorders.

Shared Housing

Assisting individuals who struggle with mental health to secure housing, including those who are not chronically homeless, by providing them with shared living spaces.

Community Solutions

Provides stable, permanent housing and support for individuals with mental health disabilities​

Re-Entry Housing

A 3-6 month housing program for Westmoreland County residents who are being released from a correctional facility or have a forensic history.

Transitional Housing

The purpose of Transitional Housing is to assist Westmoreland County residents by providing short-term housing (3- 6 months) for individuals with complex issues related to supports and the inability to maintain stable housing.
