The FARM: A Recovery Therapeutic Village Feasibility Study & Program Design

Westmoreland Community Action is soliciting responses for a project from consultants and facilitators across the United States for the purpose of providing technical assistance around design, implementation, and sustainability of a recovery focused housing model related to addictive diseases, including opioid and substance use disorders.
Our objective is to select a facilitator or consulting firm that fully meet the requirements identified in this Request For Proposal (RFP).
We hereby invite proposal submissions in accordance with the Request For Therapeutic Recovery Village Feasibility Study and Program Design.
Within the RFP you will find all of the information necessary for submission.
Deadline for proposal submission is 4:00 PM November 30, 2023.
